做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
