做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
