做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
