做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
