做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
