做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
