做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。
