做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
