做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
