做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
