做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
