做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
