做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
