做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
