做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
