做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
