做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
