做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
