做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
