做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
