做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
