做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。
