做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
