做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
