做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
