做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
