做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
