做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
